At the start of September 2013, teams will be contacted by organizers to ensure they are on track to meet the competition deliverable milestones and allow teams to ask any final questions they have regarding submissions of the conference presentation.
Teams are encouraged however to ask coordinators any relevant questions throughout the duration of the competition design and development phase.
