ComSoc Registration Grant

Deadline: July 6th, 2022

IEEE Communication Society, Santa Clara Valley Chapter (SCV), will support a limited number of GHTC 2022 registrations for IEEE ComSoc members.

Eligibility:
  • The applicant must have their paper accepted for presentation by GHTC 2022
  • An author can apply for one registration grant
  • The applicant must be an IEEE ComSoc member.
  • For students, a faculty member must confirm that the nominee is an undergraduate or graduate student and that she/he is an IEEE ComSoc member

 

The application must include the following items in a single PDF file:
  1. Paper title and abstract
  2. Full name and affiliation of all the authors
  3. Proof of IEEE ComSoc membership
  4. Support letter from the faculty advisor (if the application is a student)
  5. A justification of why this registration grant is being requested
Review Process:
  • Applications will be reviewed by the GHTC’s technical program committee
  • Recommendations will be made to the IEEE ComSoc SCV Chapter
  • IEEE ComSoc SCV Chapter will review the shortlisted candidates and select the awardees
